Some products ship from our warehouse in Italy and are marked as «Long-distance shipping». For deliveries to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time for these products is 3 to 5 working days. If your order includes items with and without this mark, they may arrive in separate shipments.

We inspect the item
Once received, we inspect it and confirm the approval or rejection of the return by email.

You receive the refund
Always to the original payment method. By card, the amount is usually available within about 14 days, depending on your bank. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Conditions: the authenticity tag must not be cut or torn; items must not have been worn, washed or altered; shoe soles must be in perfect condition; original packaging included — shoe boxes and accessory boxes are part of the product and must not be used as outer packaging.

Request a return for the original order and place a new purchase for the item you want — this way we guarantee stock and process everything faster.
